1. Digital Products & Licenses

Because software licenses and digital products are irrevocable once issued and activated, all purchases are generally final. We urge clients to review package requirements before purchasing.

2. Unactivated Credits

Wallet balances that have not been applied towards any license purchases may be refunded upon review, subject to payment processor processing fees.

3. Dispute Resolution

For billing inquiries or disputes, please open a ticket through our Help Center desk or contact support.
